- Enjoy a one year warranty on our cortiglia & CortigliaSport tennis bags. Any manufacturing defects within this timeframe and the repairs are on us (our apologies!). Please email our customer service team at info@cortiglia.com and they will be happy to assist you. if you choose to contact customer service via e-mail, please include: the style, photos of the item clearly showing the problem, and a copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt and/or credit card receipt and/or statement).
